Add your desired amount of Release & Rest™ Bath Salts directly to warm running bath water and allow the salts to dissolve.

For easier botanical cleanup, place the salts and botanicals inside the included cotton muslin bag, secure the drawstring, and place the bag into your bath. Allow it to steep while you soak.
